I am so thankful for Tim Silva!! It was a Sunday morning and my computer was taken over by a virus, I had no idea what I would do. I began calling everyone who came up on google. Most places were closed. As I was on my way out to pay 199$ for an initial scan at another local retailer, Mr. Silva called me back. He said I would be able to bring my computer by, and I rushed right over. He finished my computer in one day and he even found out about an issue on my laptop I had no idea about. Thank God that he did because I was able to get the piece while my warranty was still good. His prices are fair, and he sticks to his quoted price. I would recommend him to any and everybody!

The IT world can be very scary if you don’t know what you’re doing – and I don’t. I just know I want my computer to work right and be efficient. When my computer wasn’t working properly, I wanted someone I could trust to fix it. Trust was crucial since anyone could have told me anything about the computer and its problems; I wouldn’t have known the difference, and I wouldn’t have had a clue about a reasonable price to get it working properly again. Tim is not only an IT guru, but he is a trustworthy and honest professional.

At last a chance to tell everyone I have found an honest man! It is rare that you find a person that possesses the qualities of technical competence and integrity. I have found these qualities in the man known as the Private PC Dr or as his friends know him just ‘Tim’. His ability to diagnose and repair problems on my PC is nothing short of amazing and when he is explaining the problems to you he does not expect you to belong to the ‘geek squad’. It is like a visit from a friend when you are sick and he comes to your home or business to rescue you from some problem of your own making, a cyber sneak, or just plain broken hardware. He tells you what needs to be done what options are available to you and leaves you smiling as if you had done the job yourself. He is a rare quantity in today’s world and I feel comfortable to have his phone number in my directory!

Tim Silva is my computer genius. He has always solved any problems that I might have, large or small, right down to removing viruses and reloading all my programs. No problem, for him. Just refresh him with a Diet Coke and he is tireless until the problem is resolved. He has even set up my entire web page for my business. This guy has integrity. He is the best.
